Swifty designed truck and deck complete limited to only 100. I designed this with my Roy Lichtenstein style camo. This is a new line for Destructo were they use quality bearings alongside their famous weapons grade aluminium trucks to provide a complete skate that just says ?Äòquality?Äô thanks Gary for doin such a nice job ! THE SOUL TREE CLUB ?Äò05
In the summer of 2005 I found myself in Cambridge for 3 weeks. working through the nights on a new super club the ?ÄòSoul Tree?Äô. 3 floors and stairways needed artwork on the walls plus a light box wall. I set to armed with nuff cans of montana and a mountain of stencils !. The outcome was a heady mix of swifty style logos revamped from my favourite record labels. A mixture of stencils and paint direct on the walls still one of my biggest projects to date - hard work but worth it - one of the highlights so far ! A NICE SET ?Äò07
Thirty-four artists from various international cities and backgrounds were invited t
o create one of a kind sets of slip mats for a new art exhibit called A Nice Set. Each participant was given a pair of simple white, felt discs and very few instructions. Left to their own creative devices, and working separately from studios all across the globe, the artists created a wildly diverse collection of slip mats, featuring all measure of artistic, musical, pop cultural and political references. The results are currently on world tour. The Swifty stylee in full camo effect . PAGE PAGE
